Philippa is a great advocate of yoga and a wonderful inspiration for anyone who wants to improve their practice

You are very good at what you do .. your aura is calming, I feel centred, relaxed, at peace

Philippa always provides options for class members of different abilities, which was essential for me when I started as my muscles were so tight, she continually explains and monitors every class member’s technique throughout the session.

The retreat was just great, the balance between postures, chanting, relaxation meditation, humour friendship.
