Classes and Workshops
My classes and workshops are mixed ability, suitable for all levels and attended by both men and women. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, I aim to develop the less flexible and provide more challenging work for those who want to do more. Postures are modified so that you can take part whatever your level or ability.
Yoga Classes
Monday
10:30 – 11:30 am: Total Fitness Health Club, Stansby Rd., Wrexham LL11 2BU (members only – day passes available for non-members)
5:00 – 6.30 pm: private session

Private Yoga Tuition
I offer private 121 yoga tuition, this is ideal if you wish to deepen your practice or target specific areas for yourself, a friend/partner or small group. Sessions are individually designed for each student’s needs. Call 07584 597621

Corporate Yoga Classes
Corporate yoga is ideal as a company perk or group activity and can introduce fun and motivation into the workplace, improving productivity, concentration, energy levels, and the commitment of employees.
Individually designed yoga sessions can fit into work schedules – early morning, lunch time or straight after work.
My corporate clients include Marks and Spencer Money (Chester), Solutions PT (Cheadle, Stockport) and the Duke of Westminster Estate (Chester).

Hips n’ Hamstrings: The Path to Flexibility Freedom! 😊 In this session we will practice flexibility exercises that work on releasing tightness in the hips and hamstrings, and static postures that focus on building strength and stability.
Sunday 28th April 2024 10am-1pm, £30
The Story of the Warrior: The Hidden Path! 😉 Discover new and inventive ways to practice the well-known Virabhadrasana (Warrior) sequence. Explore the lesser-known postures of Humble, Flying, Stick, Superman, Reverse and Sun Warrior and how we can use a wall and blocks as props to take our practice to the next level. Explore the Warrior standing postures that work on strengthening the hips, legs, shoulders and spinal muscles as well as exploring the flexibility required to practice these empowering postures, developing a body that is flexible, strong and responsive!
Sunday 27th October 2024 10am-1pm, £30
Getting the Most out of your Downward Dog! DWD requires strength in the hands, wrists, shoulders and arms and flexibility in the hips, glutes, hamstrings and calves to encourage the heels to make their way to the floor! This workshop will focus on a range of flexibility and strengthening exercises that release tightness and guild strength to get our body ready for an awe-inspiring DWD!
Workshops are held at Pulford Village Hall, Wrexham Rd., Chester CH4 9DG.
