Classes and Workshops
My classes and workshops are mixed ability, suitable for all levels and attended by both men and women. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, I aim to develop the less flexible and provide more challenging work for those who want to do more. Postures are modified so that you can take part whatever your level or ability.
Yoga Classes
Monday
10:30 – 11:30 am: Total Fitness Health Club, Stansby Rd., Wrexham LL11 2BU (members only – day passes available for non-members)
5:00 – 6.30 pm: private session
Tuesday
11:45 – 1:15 pm: Upton Village Hall, Heath Road, Upton, Chester, CH2 1HX: mixed ability session, open to all

Private Yoga Tuition
I offer private 121 yoga tuition, this is ideal if you wish to deepen your practice or target specific areas for yourself, a friend/partner or small group. Sessions are individually designed for each student’s needs. Call 07584 597621
Freelance Yoga Tuition

Corporate Yoga Classes
Corporate yoga is ideal as a company perk or group activity and can introduce fun and motivation into the workplace, improving productivity, concentration, energy levels, and the commitment of employees.
Individually designed yoga sessions can fit into work schedules – early morning, lunch time or straight after work.
My corporate clients include Marks and Spencer Money (Chester), Solutions PT (Cheadle, Stockport) and the Duke of Westminster Estate (Chester).

Exploring Sun Salutation!😊
Suraya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a well-known flowing sequence, also described as a vinyasa – meaning ‘to place in a special way’. It requires strength and flexibility in the hips, legs, shoulders and spine. It asks that we flow with co-ordinated breath from one posture to another in an interrupted sequence. Great in theory – but not always what happens in practice! ☹ Our feet get stuck on the mat in the transition from lunge to downward dog and our body collapses at the chataranga stage! It’s frustrating!
In this workshop we will explore how to develop flexibility to improve our flow, and practice accessible strength exercises using blocks and the wall that help to improve our strength over time. Included in the session are a range of modifications to help you work towards those hard-to-reach areas, as well as exploring the many variations of Suraya Namaskar that can be practiced. Overall, improving our range of movement, and developing a body that is flexible, strong and responsive! 😊
